1. Can I track my order with a tracking number to find out where and how it was shipped?
   When your order ships, you will receive an email that provides you with a tracking number. Through the Track Order area of the Help Center, you will be able to track your order. AmishQuiltShop.net has linked directly with our shipping providers to access the most current shipping information on your order. Shipping information and tracking numbers may also be obtained by e-mailing us for the information, or by calling (877) 235-3360.
2. How long will it take for an order to be delivered to a foreign country?
   Packages shipped via Surface Mail can take up to 90 days for delivery. Packages shipped via Air Mail can take up to 60 days for delivery. If UPS is available in your country, delivery will take 7-14 days.
3. Why is the delivery date later than what I expected for the shipping that I paid for?
   Delivery time may not include weekend and holidays as "business days." Our system will quote the latest delivery date possible.
4. When I am inquiring about my order, what information do I need to include?
   Include your name, address and phone number. If you know your order number (found in order confirmation emails), please include that as well.
5. Can I place an order via email?

7. What is your returned check policy due to insufficient funds?
   Checks returned for insufficient funds may be assessed a $30.00 service fee. The fee and total order amount may be electronically withdrawn from your bank account via EFT.
8. How long will my order paid by personal check be held?
   Orders paid by personal check are held approximately 15 days to completely clear the banking system.
