At AmishQuiltShop.net, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with one of our items, please return it within 10 days of receipt and we will be happy to give you an exchange or credit, as long as we receive the item in its original condition (no sign of wear or abuse). Unless the item was damaged or defective, shipping costs are not refundable. Please email or call us prior to returning the item.

Our guarantee does not apply to items purchased from us that are offered for resale through other Internet venues. Custom made quilts are only returnable if damaged or defective.
