Return Policy
Returning Merchandise - To return merchandise, we need to provide you with a return authorization number (RA#). This can be acquired by calling us at (877) 235-3360 (Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm EST) or by completing this form. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt. Provided it shows no signs of wear or abuse, we will be happy to give you an exchange or credit.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise - If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, we need to provide you with a return authorization number (RA#).
